Experienced Web Developer with Salesforce Expertise

Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), Computer Applications (MCA), Science (M.Sc), or Technology (M.E/M.Tech)Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Web Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js, along with experience in Salesforce development. Prior experience in the telecom industry is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesWeb Development:Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js.Implement responsive design techniques to ensure optimal user experience across devices.Utilize JavaScript frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) for front-end development.Collaborate with designers to bring mockups and wireframes to life.Salesforce Development:Customize and enhance Salesforce applications using Flows and APEX including batches.Build and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC).Integrate Salesforce with external web applications and services.Backend Development:Develop server-side logic and APIs using Node.js.Work with databases, write complex SQL queries, and optimize database performance.Ensure the security and scalability of web applications.Integration & APIs:Integrate web applications with third-party APIs and services.Work with web services (JSON, SOAP) for data exchange between systems.Collaboration & Communication:Translate requirements into functional web applications and Salesforce configurations.Perform gap/fit analysis to align technical solutions with business needs.Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Utilize project management tools like Jira to track tasks, bugs, and project progress.Continuous Learning:Stay updated with the latest trends in web development and Salesforce ecosystems.Adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in the industry.Required Skills and ExperienceTechnical Skills:Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.Experience with Node.js and server-side development.Hands-on experience with Salesforce development (APEX, Flows).Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning components.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.Familiarity with databases and strong RDBMS knowledge.Ability to write complex SQL queries.Experience with project management tools like Jira.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Salesforce DevOps or Azure DevOps).Domain Experience:Prior experience in the telecom industry is highly desirable.Experience with CPQ, Experience, Commerce or Marketing cloud is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Eagerness to tackle technical challenges and learn new technologies.Preferred Skills:Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).Knowledge of server-side frameworks like Express.js.Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Bitbucket, Git).Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.Experience with UI/UX design principles.Knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Heroku, Azure).Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on innovative web and Salesforce projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Professional growth and continuous learning opportunities.Fun Company events.Excellent pay structure.
