Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera responsable de la gestion des opérations quotidiennes de la fondation et de l'élaboration de partenariats visant à renforcer la mission de la fondation.Responsabilités principales :Opérations :• Assurer la gestion quotidienne des opérations de la fondation, en veillant à l'efficacité et à la fluidité des processus internes.• Coordonner et gérer les projets spéciaux et événements majeurs de la fondation, tels que le Symposium bisannuel et le Dîner des Producteurs.• Assurer le respect des politiques et procédures internes, tout en proposant des améliorations pour optimiser les opérations.Communications :• Assister à l'élaboration et à la diffusion de contenu sur les médias sociaux et le site Web de la fondation, en français et en anglais.• Aider à la rédaction et à l'envoi de lettres de remerciement aux participants des événements de la fondation, ainsi qu'aux chercheurs, partenaires, etc.• Gérer les communications entrantes via la boîte courriel de la fondation, en répondant aux demandes de renseignements et en assurant un suivi approprié.Gestion administrative générale :• Coordonner les réunions du conseil d'administration, en assurant la logistique et en rédigeant les procès-verbaux.• Maintenir des relations professionnelles avec les partenaires et les donateurs, en fournissant un service de haute qualité et en répondant aux demandes de renseignements.Ce poste offre une opportunité stimulante de jouer un rôle central dans le développement et le fonctionnement de notre client. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the foundation and developing partnerships aimed at strengthening the foundation's mission.Main Responsibilities:Operations:- Ensure the daily management of the foundation's operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth internal processes.- Coordinate and manage special projects and major events of the foundation, such as the Biennial - Symposium and the Producers' Dinner.- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures while proposing improvements to optimize operations.Communications:- Assist in the development and dissemination of content on the foundation's social media and website, in both French and English.- Help draft and send thank-you letters to participants of foundation events, as well as to researchers, partners, etc.- Manage incoming communications via the foundation's email inbox, responding to inquiries and ensuring appropriate follow-up.General Administrative Management:- Coordinate board meetings, ensuring logistics and taking minutes.- Maintain professional relationships with partners and donors, providing high-quality service and responding to inquiries.This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a central role in the development and operation of our client.
