Reporting to the Manager, New Accounts, Estates and Registered Products and working in a fast-paced environment, the Senior New Accounts Administrator is responsible for all processes and procedures related to the operation of new accounts. This highly motivated and energetic candidate must ensure all requests and inquires from advisors, clients and head office are processed accurately and in a timely manner according to the established service level agreements and that respective control accounts are reconciled by the established deadlines.

Identifying different types of accounts and updating accordingly based on regulatory requirements;
Processing of various account opening types, and NFU’s in a timely manner;
Identifying and verifying Data on core system as well analyzing and disseminating all incoming email requests received in the New Account inbox to team members;
Monitoring reports for related system bugs related to statements and confirms, correct accounts to avoid statement issues;
Working on initiatives and identify gaps for process improvement and efficiencies; Post-secondary education and/or a minimum of 2 years in New Accounts administration and processing environment
