Job Title: Business Analyst – Junior Duration: 103 business days, with an option for extension Work Model: Hybrid (onsite attendance required as specified) Project Overview: Seeking Business Analysts to support the rollout of a health-related application, enabling access for a large number of users across multiple organizations. The role focuses on helping the project meet business objectives within aggressive timelines by facilitating operational project tasks. Must-Have Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in business analysis or a similar role Strong understanding of process implementation Experience facilitating client onboarding Experience supporting stakeholders and managing relationships Key Responsibilities: Client Onboarding and Business Operations: Ensure client organizations meet end-to-end onboarding requirements, including engagement, profile analysis, completion of service schedules, technical integration, and Go-Live support Collaborate with internal support teams to address client needs Coordinate communications and scheduling related to onboarding activities Create and maintain operational documents and resources Project Deliverables Support: Design and implement business processes based on project needs Track project deliverables and report progress or escalate issues to stakeholders Prepare and maintain project documentation, such as issue logs, action items, change requests, and reports Create and manage tickets and change requests Desired Skills: Experience in requirements gathering and analysis Understanding of project lifecycle Familiarity with ticket/request management systems Required Skills: Strong working knowledge of process implementation Demonstrated experience with client onboarding Experience supporting stakeholders and managing business relationships Evaluation Criteria: Process Implementation: 15 points Client Onboarding: 40 points Project & Operations Support: 30 points Documentation & Reporting: 15 points Total: 100 points Deliverables Include: Assist in designing, implementing, and documenting business processes Facilitate client onboarding with a focus on engagement, support, relationship management, and technical setup Support project communications and onboarding scheduling across teams Report on project progress, deliverables, and challenges
