Neo International Partners is currently leading a global campaign to identify and recruit an experienced and dynamic Project Director for major buildings projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive and iconic contractor with a strong presence in the vertical build market. The company is strategically positioned for a variety of healthcare projects across British Columbia.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex vertical build projects.
  • Utilise 15+ years of experience in managing and delivering large-scale construction projects.
  • Demonstrate a track record of successfully completing at least one major hospital or long-term care facility project through to substantial completion.
  • Possess expertise in collaborative forms of contracting, fostering effective teamwork and communication.
  • Showcase experience in projects valued at £250m+ / CAD/AUD$500m+


Qualifications and Attributes:

  • 15+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in vertical build projects.
  • Proven success in delivering projects within the healthcare sector, with a focus on major hospitals or long-term care facilities (desirable).

  • Background in managing projects with a value exceeding £250m+ / CAD/AUD$500m+.
