Job Description:

We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist with a proven track record in managing large-scale pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns and budgets exceeding one million dollars annually. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our Google Ads strategy to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness across North America (Canada & USA).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, and execute comprehensive Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Local, Display and Video to align with the company's growth objectives.
  • Administer and oversee a substantial yearly budget, ensuring strategic allocation of funds and cost-effective campaign management.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copy creation, and ongoing bid management to enhance campaign performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, adjusting strategies as necessary.
  • Regularly perform thorough analysis of campaign results, delivering detailed reports and insights to stakeholders, with a focus on actionable data that informs strategic decisions.
  • Stay at the forefront of PPC and SEM trends, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, including Google's algorithm updates and shifts in online consumer behavior.
  • Lead split-testing initiatives for continuous optimization of ads, targeting, and landing pages.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with the marketing team and other departments to ensure a unified approach to customer acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Proactively communicate with internal teams and clients regarding campaign strategies, progress, and results.
  • Direct budget forecast, pacing, and management, ensuring all campaigns are executed within the set financial guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the moving services market and our competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing high-budget Google Ads campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing PPC campaigns with annual budgets exceeding $1 million.
  • Proven experience with Google Local Ads.
  • Google Ads certification is a must.
  • High proficiency with Google Analytics and other performance-tracking tools.
  • Expertise in financial management and budgeting within a digital marketing context.
  • Exceptional data analysis skills with a knack for translating data into strategic business insights.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the aptitude to articulate complex strategies to stakeholders at various levels.
