Nous recherchons un ingénieur EGSE et tests pré-fonctionnels motivé et talentueux pour intégrer notre équipe. Le candidat participera au développement de solutions et d'équipements de test et agira à titre de soutient lors des tests d'unités électroniques satellitaires.

  • ResponsabilitésCollaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires dans le but de développer des stratégies de tests pré-fonctionnels efficaces en lien avec les équipements d’essai qui seront utilisés pour tester les unités électroniques des satellites;
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de conception pour maximiser la couverture de test pré-fonctionnel (« Design for Testbility » (DFT) et « Design for Manufacturability » (DFM))
  • Soutenir les tests pré-fonctionnels des unités électroniques s’intégrant aux satellites;
  • Faire partie d'une équipe d'ingénierie spécialisée dans les équipements d'essais, autrement appelés équipements électriques de soutien au sol ou “EGSE" (Electrical Ground Support Equipment);
  • Concevoir et soutenir la fabrication et/ou programmation d'équipements de tests pré-fonctionnels.
  • Réaliser la documentation de conception telle que les diagrammes électriques, les dessins d'assemblage, les listes de matériel, etc.
  • Effectuer des analyses et la rédaction des procédures de test;
  • Soutenir l'approvisionnement, la fabrication et la validation des équipements de tests pré-fonctionnels.
  • Expérience et compétences requisesBaccalauréat en génie électrique ou l’équivalent;
  • De 5 à 10 ans d’expérience
  • Expérience pratique en conception de stratégie de tests préfonctionnels;
  • Compétences en conception de cartes de circuits imprimés (PCB);
  • Aptitude à analyser de schémas électroniques.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et au sein d’une équipe collaborative, avoir de fortes aptitudes de travail en équipe et faire preuve de compétences interpersonnelles.
  • Capacités pour le travail en laboratoire.
  • Les atoutsConnaissance du standard IEEE 1149 (JTAG) « Boundary Scan » dans un optique de test-pré-fonctionnel.
  • Connaissance du logiciel d’optimisation de couverture de test Testway.
  • Connaissance de la technologie de test pré-fonctionnel par sondes mobiles (« Flying Probes »)
  • Connaissance de Python ou VBA.
  • Connaissance des micro-ordinateurs (Raspberry Pi / Arduino)

We are looking for a motivated and talented EGSE and Pre-functional Test Engineer to join our team. The candidate will contribute to the development of testing solutions and equipment and provide support during the testing of satellite electronic units.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop effective pre-functional testing strategies aligned with test equipment used to assess satellite electronic units.
  • Work with the design team to maximize pre-functional test coverage through Design for Testability (DFT) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM).
  • Support pre-functional testing of electronic units integrated into satellites.
  • Be part of an engineering team specialized in test equipment, also known as Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE).
  • Design and support the fabrication and/or programming of pre-functional test equipment.
  • Prepare design documentation, such as electrical diagrams, assembly drawings, and bills of materials.
  • Conduct analyses and draft test procedures.
  • Support procurement, manufacturing, and validation of pre-functional test equipment.

Required Experience and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience.
  • Hands-on experience in designing pre-functional test strategies.
  • Skills in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) design.
  • Ability to analyze electronic schematics.
  • Capacity to work independently and in collaborative teams, demonstrating strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in laboratory work.

Preferred Assets

  • Knowledge of the IEEE 1149 (JTAG) Boundary Scan standard for pre-functional testing.
  • Familiarity with the Testway test coverage optimization software.
  • Experience with Flying Probe pre-functional test technology.
  • Proficiency in Python or VBA.
  • Knowledge of microcomputers like Raspberry Pi or Arduino.
