Are you a strong organizer who thrives in fast-moving civil construction environments? We’re looking for a Project Manager who knows underground utilities inside and out and can lead projects from tender to close-out with confidence, clarity, and accountability.About the RoleIn this role, you’ll manage multiple civil underground utility projects—water, storm, sanitary, shallow utilities—and ensure they’re delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. You’ll work closely with superintendents, foremen, clients, municipalities, and subcontractors to keep the field supported and the project moving.What You’ll DoLead full-cycle project management from kickoff to close-outBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and municipal staffDevelop and track project schedules, budgets, and cost forecastsSupport and collaborate with field leaders to ensure safe, efficient work executionPrepare and review project documents, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress claimsCoordinate resources, materials, and subcontractorsMonitor quality, scope, risks, and contract requirementsAttend site meetings and provide clear communication between office and fieldResolve issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overrunsWhat You BringPost-secondary education with a degree in construction management, civil or structural engineering3–7+ years of project management experience in civil construction of various infrastructure projects such as earthworks, roadbuilding, excavation & shoring, and underground utilitiesExperience working with BC municipalities and Metro Vancouver standardsStrong understanding of municipal standards, trench safety, and installation methodsAbility to read drawings, specifications, and civil engineering documentsExperience with budgets, forecasting, and construction schedulesExcellent communication, organization, and decision-making skillsProficient with software such as Microsoft Project, Adobe, and all Microsoft Office programsValid driver’s license and the ability to visit job sites as neededWhy Join UsCompetitive compensation and benefitsA company that supports professional growth and developmentStrong field and office team that values collaboration and respectOpportunity to lead meaningful infrastructure projects that support local communitiesHow to Apply:Send your resume with a cover letter outlining your project list
