One of Millenilink’s consulting clients is hiring a Vulnerability Management Lead for a 6-month contract with a high likelihood of extension. The successful individual will have a technical and functional subject matter expertise with Tenable and be able to lead a client from their current state to their desired future state. The individual will be responsible for server hardening of their large server farm which is primarily Windows with some Unix for vulnerability management. They will then analyze what the client has, current installation and desired future state and create standard operating procedures and a roadmap to help them achieve that. The successful individual needs to be able to not just create the roadmap but also design, and implement it also from a hands-on perspective. Strong client facing skills are also required for this role.


In order to qualify for this opportunity candidates must have:

  • Senior level hands-on experience with Tenable vulnerability management
  • Experience configuring policies and scanning schedules in Tenable to measure baseline compliance
  • Senior level experience with server hardening of Windows and Unix servers for vulnerabilities
  • Hardening experience for Group Policy Objects/Organizational Groups in Active Directory
  • Experience as a Vulnerability Management Lead for Tenable installation within large enterprise environment
  • Experience creating updated Standard Operating Procedures for across Windows and Unix server estate
  • Ability to analyze a current installation and provide leadership based on business requirements for a renewed roadmap for vulnerability management
  • Excellent documentation skills for client deliverables and roadmap creation
  • Excellent communications skills to work with end client stakeholders
