Job Title: User Experience DesignerLocation: Edmonton, AB, CAN (Remote)Duration: 12 months (possible extension)Pay Range: C$90-C$100/hrClient: Public Sector Note: Occasional travel may be required to Edmonton, AB Office.Must Have Skills:5+ years of experience in information technology.Experience as a Front-End Designer designing and enhancing services via web and other channelsExperience developing UX artifacts, including streamlined scenarios, storyboards, wireframes, flows and interactive prototypes.Experience working within a cross-functional product team in an Agile environmentExperience building and maintaining component libraries/design systems.Experience exploring multiple design solutions to a given problem or feature, and communicating those solutions visually through sketches, user flows, wireframes, functional prototypes, and/or high-fidelity designs, as necessary.Experience in production design for multiple digital devices (web, mobile, etc.) or complex enterprise applications.Experience using accessibility standards and principles including the Web Content Accessibility GuidelinesExperience with current methodologies and design thinking, especially in relation to improving service experience.Experience with frontend design applications such as Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.Experience working as a Front-End Designer on a project comparable in size and complexity to the service innovation, program review, and/or digital transformation projects.Experience working in a dedicated public sector central digital office.If this opportunity matches your experience and career goals, please share your most updated resume for consideration.As a certified minority-owned business, Pride Global and its affiliates - including Russell Tobin, Pride Health, and Pride Now - are committed to creating a diverse environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
