We are hiring Oracle EBS Technical Analyst for a client of ours. This is a contract role and hybrid out of Greater Toronto AreaResponsibilities:Supporting existing Oracle (EBS) and Custom Applications built on Oracle TechnologyGathering and negotiating requirementsPlanning configuration/development work and estimationsConfiguration/Development of Oracle SolutionsUnit/Integration Testing and User Acceptance TestingWork contributing to the success of Operational SupportRequirements of the position include:Please refer to appendix L19 – Oracle e-Business Suite Technical Analyst with focus onOracle EBS (incl. Custom Systems)Oracle Technologies (APEX, Databases, PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, etc)RHEL Operating Systems and Shell Scripting LanguagesDemonstrated understanding of and experience utilizing organizational change management principles and approaches.Strong leadership and influencing skills.Facilitation and conflict resolution skills.Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills.Flexible and able to adapt project planning to meet stakeholder and leadership needs.Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with demonstrated ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong interpersonal, decision making, and teamwork skills as well as a strong client focus.Experience with using Microsoft Azure Dev Ops for project tracking and traceability, is desirable.Experience working in the higher education and the financial industry sector is highly valued.
