The Customer Service Representatives play such a meaningful role in the operation of our branches and service centers.Customer Service Representatives will be providing an outstanding customer experience both in person and through various communication channels to help the organization focus on business and branch growth.Responsibilities include:- Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact at the office- Process orders and assignments and enter data into the internal computer systems- Reference pricing and delivery information- Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests- Set up new and maintain existing records- Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties- Process paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvalsCompétences et expériences requisesCapacité à communiquer aisément avec les clientsEsprit d’équipe, prêt à aider ses collèguesMaîtrise des outils numériques, notamment Excel ou SharePointCompétences en gestion du tempsBilingue : anglais et françaisCompétences et expériences appréciéesExpérience en service à la clientèleDescription du posteInsight Global recherche d’excellents représentants du service à la clientèle pour le plus grand groupe mondial de ventes aux enchères industrielles. Ces représentants jouent un rôle essentiel dans le bon fonctionnement des agences et centres de services.Ils offriront une expérience client exceptionnelle, en personne et via différents canaux de communication, afin de soutenir la croissance des agences et de l’entreprise.ResponsabilitésFournir divers services de soutien aux clients par courrier, téléphone et en personneTraiter les commandes et les affectations, et saisir les données dans les systèmes informatiques internesFournir des informations sur les prix et les délais de livraisonRépondre aux questions, demandes et requêtes des clientsCréer et mettre à jour les dossiers clientsEffectuer des tâches de traitement de texte, de classement et autres tâches administrativesGérer les documents nécessaires à la préparation des journées d’enchères, en obtenant les validations requisesExact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
