Adrenaline Solutions is a full-service agency specializing in instructional design, coach education, and operational solutions for sport organizations. We partner with National Sport Organizations (NSOs) and Provincial/Territorial Sport Organizations (PTSOs) across Canada to enhance their coaching programs and streamline operations.
We are expanding our team to deliver Fractional NCCP Coordinator services, supporting sport organizations in managing the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) effectively and efficiently.
Position Overview - This position is fully available to people that are already employed and wish to remain with their current employer. This is a part-time, contractor position.
As a NCCP Services Coordinator, you’ll work with both NSOs and PTSOs to deliver high-quality National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) program administration and support. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating workshops, managing the CAC Locker system, and ensuring compliance with NCCP standards for multiple organizations.
This is a part-time, flexible, remote, contract-based position ideal for someone with a background in sport administration, NCCP delivery, or coaching who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a measurable impact on Canadian sport development.
Key Responsibilities
• Program Administration for NSOs and PTSOs:
• Oversee NCCP workshop scheduling and delivery across multiple organizations.
• Ensure consistent program standards and delivery aligned with NCCP protocols.
• CAC Locker Management:
• Manage the CAC Locker system for client organizations, including data entry, certification tracking, and reporting.
• Provide guidance and training to NSO and PTSO staff on Locker use.
• Coach and Stakeholder Support:
• Act as the primary point of contact for coaches and administrators regarding NCCP pathways and certification requirements.
• Support Learning Facilitators (LFs) and Evaluators with resources, training, and workshop logistics.
• Data and Compliance Reporting:
• Track, maintain, and analyze certification records for coaches across client organizations.
• Prepare reports for NSOs and PTSOs to support funding applications and compliance reviews.
• Program Promotion and Engagement:
• Collaborate with NSO and PTSO leadership to promote NCCP opportunities and increase coach participation.
• Develop communication strategies and materials tailored to each organization’s needs.
Qualifications
Required:
• Strong understanding of the NCCP framework and CAC Locker system.
• Experience in sport administration, coach education, or related fields.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
• Familiarity with both NSOs and PTSOs and the broader Canadian sport system.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
• Previous experience as a Learning Facilitator (LF) or coach developer.
