HR & Safety AdministratorWe’re looking for an organized, detail-focused HR & Safety Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you’ll play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly. From maintaining accurate employee records to coordinating safety documentation and helping employees get the support they need, this role offers lots of variety and the chance to make a real impact.If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, value confidentiality, and love being the go-to person who keeps things on track, this could be a great fit for you.What You’ll Be DoingProvide day-to-day administrative support to the HR teamMaintain and organize electronic HR and Safety files, documents, and formsManage ordering and inventory of office and safety supplies (including employee apparel)Assist payroll by answering employee inquiries and ensuring issues are resolved quicklyPrepare and maintain Safety Boards and site requirement packagesCoordinate and track site inspectionsAdminister SiteDocs, including setting up and updating employee profilesDirect employee questions to the right HR or management contactSupport onboarding and offboarding to ensure all forms and documentation are completedHandle HR data entry, track training certifications, and update employee informationHelp plan employee engagement and recognition activitiesAssist with HRIS administration and updatesWhat You BringCollege diploma in HR Administration (or related program)2–3 years of HR experienceStrong skills in MS Outlook and ExcelAccurate data entry and strong attention to detailHighly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasksWillingness to learn, adapt, and improve processesExperience with HRIS systems (asset)Experience in the residential construction industry (asset)
