We are seeking a Senior Manager for our Insights and Analytics team on a high-level contract basis. This role is pivotal in mining insights, generating impactful stories and crafting leadership materials that drive our strategy forward.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team of 2-3 contractors, directly reporting to the Data Director.
  • Utilize a curious mindset to analyze data effectively, without necessarily relying on machine learning or scripting techniques (though these skills would be beneficial).
  • Develop presentations that tell compelling stories to guide decision-making processes.
  • Play a significant role in consulting and advising, ensuring retail strategies are insightful and actionable.


Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in a senior role within insights and analytics.
  • Strong background in retail; consulting experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional ability in managing contractors and fostering team collaboration.
  • Excellent presentation skills, capable of creating leadership materials.
  • A proactive, curious approach to problem-solving and insight generation.
