Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and technical solutioning for BillingCenter implementations and upgrades.Work closely with architects, BAs, and functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Provide hands-on expertise in Guidewire BillingCenter configuration, data model, and integration frameworks.Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and design patterns across the team.Lead and mentor development teams (onshore/offshore), ensuring high-quality deliverables.Support performance tuning, defect triage, and resolution during SIT, UAT, and production rollout.Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.Key Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; Guidewire, Billing Center, PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter8–12+ years of IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Guidewire BillingCenter.Strong technical expertise in BillingCenter configuration, data model, plugins, and workflows.Hands-on experience with Guidewire Integration Framework, GOSU, Web Services, Messaging, Batch processes.Strong knowledge of PolicyCenter/ClaimCenter data flows and integrations with BillingCenter.Proficiency in Java, SQL, XML, SOAP/REST services, and middleware integration.Proven track record as a Tech Lead/Module Lead in large Guidewire transformation programs.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Guidewire BillingCenter Specialist/CertifiedExperience with cloud migrations (AWS/Azure)Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD pipelines, GIT, Jenkins, and automated testing toolsExposure to Agile/Scrum delivery methodologiesOur client is a leading Consulting and IT Industry, and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
