Bilingual Payroll Compliance AdvisorFull-Time | Permanent Ontario or Quebec (100% Remote)We are seeking a Bilingual Payroll Compliance Advisor to provide expert payroll knowledge, guidance, and training in the interpretation and application of Canadian payroll legislation. In this role, you will analyze new and existing government legislation, provincial and federal budgets, and support members in understanding payroll compliance. You will also facilitate professional development seminars, corporate training, and webinars, while contributing to payroll resources, discussion papers, and publications.Location:Hybrid (GTA – in office 3 days/week) or 100% Remote (outside GTA)What You’ll Do:Provide accurate and timely payroll compliance guidance to members.Research and interpret federal and provincial legislation, budgets, and payroll regulations.Facilitate and update professional development seminars and corporate training (English and French).Update payroll content for professional designation programs and associated initiatives.Participate in advocacy activities and government sub-committees as a payroll subject matter expert.Contribute to publications, Q&As, articles, and online resources.Cross-train colleagues to ensure knowledge retention within the team.Qualifications:Bilingual (English and French) – written and spoken is mandatory.Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) or Payroll Leadership Professional (PLP) designation.Minimum 3+ years of comprehensive payroll experience, including year-end processing and complex payroll inquiries.Post-secondary education in Administration, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.Experience delivering adult education or training is an asset.
