French Bilingual Credit and Collections Specialist

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a French Bilingual Credit and Collections Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing team to manage credit and collections processes, ensuring timely payments while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle credit and collections activities for French and English-speaking customers.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to address account-related issues.
- Analyze customer accounts to ensure accurate credit limits and payment terms.
- Contact clients to resolve overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans, and address billing disputes professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of collections activities and financial transactions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve credit and collections processes.

What You Bring
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in credit and collections, finance, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with accounting systems.
