Our client, a rapidly expanding leader in Montreal’s multi-family real estate sector, is seeking a talented Residential Property Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you’ll oversee the operational success of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance. Responsibilities include:
- Property Management: Handle the daily operations of residential properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Tenant Relations: Build and maintain strong tenant relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and enhancing tenant experiences.
- Leasing & Marketing: Manage leasing activities, including marketing available units, screening prospective tenants, and finalizing lease agreements. Earn commissions on successful lease agreements.
- Maintenance Coordination: Organize and oversee repairs, renovations, and regular maintenance to uphold high property standards.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage property budgets, and provide financial reporting.
- New Property Onboarding: Support the integration of newly acquired properties into the company’s portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management, preferably in multi-family residential properties.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of local housing regulations in Montreal.
- Fluent in English and French (bilingualism is required to serve a diverse tenant base).
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend availability as needed.
