About the Role

As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you will work closely with clients to analyze, design, and optimize business processes using ServiceNow. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement workflows and drive value across a range of industries. This role provides the opportunity to shape processes at some of the largest ServiceNow implementations globally, contributing to their long-term success.


What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Design and implement ServiceNow-based solutions to streamline and enhance business processes.
  • Develop and optimize workflows across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and others.
  • Conduct process assessments, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure the successful translation of business needs into technical deliverables.
  • Deliver training and enablement sessions for end-users to ensure adoption of implemented solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and insights to clients, aligning processes with evolving business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Consultant or similar role, with a focus on ServiceNow.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules and capabilities.
  • Strong ability to analyze and optimize business workflows.
  • Experience delivering complex ServiceNow implementations or upgrades.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation projects is a plus.


Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE). Note: This position is not available on a C2C basis.
