  • hold a Certificate, diploma or degree from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution in a relevant field or an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant work experience. A copy of the certificate, diploma, or degree, as applicable, must be provided.
  • have minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience within the last 120 months (10 years) as lead Procurement Specialist or Procurement Manager, managing procurement projects for a Government (Federal, Provincial, Territorial, Municipal, or
  • Corporation) client.
  • have completed minimum three (3) IT procurement requests for software, license support or three (3) Task-Based informatics professional services (TBIPS) or a combination of both, each with a contract value of $1 million or greater for each procurement request.
