The Opportunity

BrandActive has enjoyed a tremendous period of growth and continues to expand its service offerings. We are a niche firm, with a unique and differentiated selling proposition. To further enhance our growth trajectory, we are introducing the role of Revenue Operations Manager.


In this role, you will report to the Director of Marketing and spearhead initiatives aimed at optimizing our sales processes, enablement, and operations, equipping our team with the necessary resources and strategies to drive revenue growth; ultimately supporting the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

  • Own, manage, and optimize the buyer’s journey i.e. how prospects/customers move through every stage of the buyer's journey online, during our sales process, and across teams
  • Prepare for industry conferences, events and/or webinars by conducting research on speakers and attendees, and facilitating coordination for relevant client meetings
  • Validate and analyze all incoming sales leads to ensure a focused and qualified
  • Collaborate with the broader go to market team (Client Solutions for sales, Marketing, and Client Engagement for delivery) to understand client needs, contribute to strategies that foster client satisfaction and retention, and optimize processes to enhance revenue generation
  • Ensure templates are consistently updated and appropriately catalogued, contributing to a streamlined and efficient workflow
  • Pay close attention to what works well and what doesn’t, with the goal of continuously optimizing existing approaches
  • Gather insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to execute initiatives that improve upon existing sales processes, and ultimately align to broader company goals
  • Build a trusted relationship with Client Solutions, Marketing, and Client Engagement teams
  • Coordinate educational content for ongoing training to improve success rate for outreach, pitches and extension conversations
  • Facilitate content creation and use Client Solutions, Marketing and Client Engagement teams
  • Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the Client Solutions team
  • Maintain to ensure it is easily accessible and providing the capabilities required
  • Use HubSpot to maintain an accurate view of all new business activities, ensuring contact information is up to date, and data for current and former clients is accurately recorded
  • Build sales and marketing dashboards in HubSpot; own reporting and analysis across Client Solutions, Marketing, and Client Engagement
  • Ensure teams are trained on using HubSpot

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a sales enablement, sales/marketing operations, or sales support role in an advertising, marketing, CRM or professional services environment
  • Prior experience in customer marketing, customer success, or client onboarding preferred
  • Advanced HubSpot expertise a must
  • Results-oriented with high energy, takes accountability for their work
  • Great organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, adept at efficiently handling deliverables and maintaining organized timelines
  • Highly flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced demanding work environment
  • Excellent communications (verbal and written), presentation skills and ability to build relationships with senior level stakeholders
  • Data-driven; analytics and reporting expertise
  • Deep knowledge of the buyer’s journey
  • Collaborative approach
  • A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems
  • Able to build internal relationships with sales, delivery and marketing
