INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY-AUDIT/COMPLIANCE CONSULTANTFULL TIME - TORONTO BASED HYBRID ROLEAN AMAZING OPPORTUNITY WITH A CANADIAN INDUSTRY LEADERTHE ROLEYou will lead, drive all project management and execution of SOC2 compliance/audits within Information Technology and Cybersecurity ensuring overall health and security of systemsROLE MANDATE· AS the Lead you will manage, coordinate all IT-related audits, internal, external, and regulatory audits acting as primary liaison with technology partners and prime stakeholders … You will own the project management / execution of SOC 2 audit process, collaborating with internal teams and external auditors to ensure successful compliance, adherence to relevant laws/regulatory standardsYOUR EXPERTISE· Senior level experience in IT auditing, IT risk management, or IT compliance.· Proven history in managing SOC 2 audits, similar compliance frameworks.· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.· Excellent communication/ people skills+· Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001)· Must have had firsthand technical experience as part of a technology organization.· Deep understanding of risk-based IT audit methodologies, including planning, execution, and reporting.· Thorough knowledge of IT frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ISO 27001, ITIL, and CIS Controls.)· Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure), ERP systems, and data analytics tools.Professional certification(s) - CIA, CISA, CISSP, CRISCDue to the overwhelming volume of responses, we cannot respond to everyone, only those applicants selected for interviews will be contacted.
