Job Description: ITOM Solution Consultant/Architect

Location: Mississauga, ON

Type: Remote



Orion Innovation is seeking an experienced ITOM Solution Consultant/Architect to accelerate our customers' ITOM AIOps & automation journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leadership, platform teams, development teams, product owners, and scrum masters.
  • Prioritize ITOM goals to engineer new solutions for platform and application stability, performance, metrics, and reporting.
  • Aid in service mapping, discovery, event management, cloud automation, Health Log analytics, AIOps, and orchestration on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Deliver transformation projects or PoCs in Event Management and AIOps.
  • Provide strategic and technical hands-on expertise to support IT with predictive and automation solutions to prevent incidents and reduce MTTR.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience with ServiceNow other solutions delivery, IT Operations Management, and Automations.
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with ServiceNow programs in ITOM, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, AIOps, and Automations.
  • Experience designing and developing integrations between ServiceNow and monitoring solutions.


  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Must have)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM Event Management (Must have)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITOM Discovery/Service Mapping (Preferred)
