You’ll work closely with teachers, leadership, and students to ensure every course reflects the Ontario Curriculum and meets international standards.ResponsibilitiesLead academic planning and ensure alignment with the Ontario Grades 9–12 curriculumGuide and support teachers on syllabus creation, lesson design, and assessment strategiesOversee the quality and accuracy of lesson plans, rubrics, and course outlinesEnsure compliance with Growing Success policies, OSSD credit requirements, and PLAR processesCoordinate teacher training, workshops, and professional developmentSupport international students in placement and language assessment processesEnsure timely and accurate reporting for midterms, final grades, report cards, and transcriptsManage and maintain accuracy within the Student Information System (SIS)QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Education (OCT or equivalent preferred)3+ years teaching experience + 1+ year in academic planning or coordinationDeep knowledge of the Ontario Curriculum, OSSD structure, and PLAR policiesExpertise in instructional design, assessment strategies, and digital learning toolsExcellent communication and leadership skillsFluency in English requiredWhy Join OIHSInnovative Education – Help shape the future of hybrid and online learningGlobal Impact – Support students across Canada, Turkey, and beyondCollaborative Leadership – Work closely with an international teaching teamFlexible Model – Hybrid roleHow to ApplyApply directly via LinkedIn Easy Apply.Resumes and cover letters are optional — your profile is enough.
