• 5+ years of experience in product commercialization, technical implementations, business analyst, consulting, project management related roles.

• Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Strategy, PMO, Digital Care, Marketing to develop and execute commercialization plans

• Monitor and analyze commercialization metrics to measure the success of commercialization efforts and identify areas for improvement.

• Work with the product and project management teams to ensure product readiness for launch and raise any concerns.

• Collaborate with the Digital Care and Marketing team to ensure a seamless operations and customer experience during and after the product launch.

• Leverage learnings across products rollouts to develop a commercialization playbook

• Proficiency in Smartsheets & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and MS Project; capable of learning new technology quickly.

• Result driven mentality, with bias for speed and action

• Strong business acumen

• Relentless team player and positive culture advocate

• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully launching products or features is an asset
