With a strong emphasis on professionalism, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction, we take pride in our diverse portfolio of successful projects across various industries.Position Overview:We are currently seeking an experienced Commercial Painting Project Manager and Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, estimating, and delivering commercial painting projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure successful project outcomes.Responsibilities:Project Management:Plan, organize, and oversee commercial painting projects from initiation to completion.Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.Financial administration including the monitoring of project costs, invoicing and costs approval.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.Estimating:Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for commercial painting projects.Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to determine material and labor requirements.Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.Client Relations:Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.Communicate effectively to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction.Team Collaboration:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.Provide leadership and support to project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Qualifications:Experience in commercial painting project management and estimating an asset.Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and industry best practices.Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Education:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is ideal but not requiredPainting or construction related experience an asset.Benefits:Competitive salary & BenefitsCompensation based on your experience and qualifications.Vehicle and cell phone allowance.Professional development opportunitiesPositive and collaborative work environmentHow to Apply:Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume.
