Graphic Design Specialist

OPA Of Greece Canada's favourite Greek Restaurant is looking for a Sr. Graphic Design Specialist. The chosen candidate will report to the Director of Marketing and will be responsible for creating artwork and design concepts for print and digital platforms and assist with all online marketing activities. This includes content creation for; OPA APP, social media, brand design, new store opening events, and other tasks and projects as assigned. The right candidate MUST be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Indesign & Illustrator and have a mix of creative and analytical abilities and strong attention to detail. You will also need to have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role with another QSR brand, agency or organization. This is a full-time "In-office" position (not remote) with a competitive benefits package and salary structure.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Illustrator, Graphic Designer or similar role
  • Demonstrable portfolio of completed illustrations
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Elements, Powerpoint and Excel & other design software
  • Expert knowledge in print production
  • Expert knowledge of photography
  • Highly organized, responsive to and respectful of deadlines
  • Experienced in using graphic art and visuals to increase sales
  • Skilled in a wide array of artistic styles
  • Data Analysis
  • Content Creation
  • Excellent Communications Skills
  • App/Mobile Advertising
  • Must have an automobile

Key responsibilities:

+ Manage/help produce engaging content for our website, social media platforms, OOH, and television that attract and convert our target groups.

+ Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

+ Provide supporting graphics, documentation and communication pieces for internal distribution to Franchisees.

+ Provide support (print/digital) to the Franchisees for local store marketing initiatives.
