Job Overview
The User Acquisition Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire players for our mobile games. This role requires a deep understanding of mobile gaming trends, performance marketing, and data-driven decision-making. You will lead a talented team, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns to drive user growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive growth for our mobile games.
- Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, search engines, and app stores.
- Analyze campaign performance data to make data-driven decisions and adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Data, and Creative, to develop effective marketing materials and strategies.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing user acquisition team.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective and within allocated spend.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on campaign performance and user acquisition metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in user acquisition for mobile games, with a strong track record of success.
- Expertise in performance marketing, including familiarity with major advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
