Customer Success Manager

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager for our client, a fast-growing SaaS company in the ecommerce marketing tech space. This role is ideal for someone experienced in onboarding, renewals, and driving revenue through upsells and cross-sells. You’ll collaborate with ecommerce marketing personas to help them maximize ROI and optimize performance using cutting-edge tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding & Training: Lead smooth onboarding processes and provide comprehensive product training to ensure client success.
- Renewals & Revenue Growth: Manage renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue.
- Performance Insights: Use Google Analytics to monitor client performance and deliver actionable insights.
- Business Reviews: Conduct regular reviews to highlight results and recommend optimizations.
- Collaboration & Support: Work cross-functionally to resolve issues, support product adoption, and guide clients on new features.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 3+ years in Customer Success, focusing on onboarding, renewals, and revenue growth.
- Ecommerce Expertise: Skilled in working with ecommerce marketing personas, discussing CRO and ROI strategies.
- Analytics Proficiency: Required experience using Google Analytics to track and analyze performance. Familiarity with Shopify or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong Communication: Excellent relationship-building and consultative skills.
- Results-Oriented: Data-driven mindset with a proven track record of enhancing customer outcomes.
